CT32D10B panasonic arcening Can't Post

Hi guys, i have here a CT32D10B, that has this strange behavior like pic is good, but till it gets warm has this high volts arcening, i thought it was bad solder connections then i soldered everywhere but no avail,i suspect the flyback, and tube, it seem a little weak cause when adgusting G-2,and focus i get that arcenig ,and when taping does that too, but only till it gets warm ater that it doesn't, tv is 12 years old i guess it seems going down, any ideas thanks.

Thanks for your response.you may be right, also i supect caps, the set is at the customer's now, funny thing is when i had the back out it did not make that line pairing unless i turn the knobs on the flyback pots.or tap around the fly.as soon i put on the back cover there it starts to do that but just when cold. this intemittent faults get me crazy.it would be easier if components go dead.i suspect also the customer is getting a good excuse to buy a LCD.he doesn't want to spend much money on a 12 year set
