CT32D11CE Panasonic. Again

Got my 5k pot installed. this pot is N.L.A. so is the Z
board. I found a pot in a VCR. came in at 4.7k. Didn't
fix it. Still no horizontal hold on first start up. Any more
ideas ? I'm still thinking bad caps. the resister that was
replaced was R760. Thanks in advance.
