mod#F32649 32"RCA Guide plus gold gemstar.Has sound but no picture(will come on 20 to 30 min later than picture will continue to stay on, 2002 model.Can someone please send me info on this problem.thanks.

Check solder joints on L14401. resolder all connections on FBT.

check for 12volts on base of 12701 15102 15103 and do this before picture comes on if not 12 volts change that regulator.let us know
