Hi,i'm new hier and i have a small problem with my daewoo tv because the remote control doesnt work anymore is stuck,and i bought an universal remote,but my tv is off,and i want to put him on back again to program the new remote,and my question is:knows somebody how to connect the tv without remote?

You bought a TV with NO buttons on the set? The only way to operate it is with the remote?

the channel up/down buttons on the tv should bring it out of standby

Well,thanks to your answer,i tried on the front panel with the buttons i have and doesnt do anything,i see the orange led on if i press the ON/OFF button,on the front panel but doesnt come out of standby,even if i press the other buttons as well,the buttons are: ON/OFF,VOLUME,CHANNELS and the other with a small square and an arrow,but tried all and nothing 'till now.

Sorry about my first post,where i forgot to say that i've tried with the front panel buttons and got nothing either.

Finally i got my tv back on again,with my new remote control after a few times,searching the tv codes even with the tv off,and i got it back,thanks for everything.
