Daewoo DTQ19V1FC Can't Post

Daewoo DTQ19V1FC lightning strike. surge fuses okay, hi voltage output okay. No turn on, no relay action. Any help here?

how do you know the high voltage is ok if the tv wont switch on?

No one can tell you, This is caused by random electricity spikes so what failed has to be tested for.

Without a schematic you're wasting your time. It's quite possible the surge went down the 5volt standby line and cooked everything on it including the micro.

Toss the thing in the trash and get another.

Tend to agree with the bin drop. I will only fix spiked units on the understanding that I can fix and get it working but that other things have been stressed. I also advise that on average most of these things fail again, often twice after being fixed. so the risks of failure on a cheap TV are not worth the effort.
