Daewoo low sound Can't Post

Hello. I have a Daewoo (DTQ 20U4SC) that is about 2 years old. Recently the sound kind of went out. If the volume is turned up all the way, you can hear it but it is very low. Other than that, the TV is working just fine. Does anyone have any ideas of what may be causing this?
Thanks

it may have gone into hotel mode, which is reset in the service menu. have you tried unplugging it from the elactric supply for an hour and restarting?

I'm having the same problem with a similar model, DTQ-13PFC, daewoo tv. I've left it unplugged but no difference. I've even tried checking the audio chip and surrounding components with no results.

I left it unplugged for an hour and now works. Thanks. Never heard about this hotel mode before.

it limits the sound level so it doesnt annoy the person next door. shame you cant do that with businessmen and their secretaries!
