Help needed please, I have a 32" Loewe Planus 4681 ZP, was watching, then a loud bang from the back, the set went to Standby, Turned back on and all I get is a dark grey background with lots of horizontal lines, no sound after five seconds the set goes to Standby. Any advice would be much apprciated. Thanks.
