working on proscan chasis CTC169EJ5. Started out w/ no power problem. Can hear the ole clicking noise for about 10 seconds when first plugged in. Found bad cr4118. Replaced w/ no difference. Replaced U4101 w/ nte equivalent. No Change. Next accidentally shorted pin 16 to 15 of u4101. This took out f4001. Now I'm stuck. Continues to take out fuse when plugged in. drawing above 7 amps. Also noticed that rt201 legs came off but I think this was before short out. Any help will be appreciated. I have been away from the bench for 25 years and really hardly remember how a circuit works but sometimes still can hold my own.
