Hello, I'm new here so please bear with me
I have an old Dell W3000 that has been broken basicly since we got it. I have to cut it on and off like 15 times before it will start, I found a site that gave me some instructions to clean a connector and that helped a little bit. Now what happens is after about 45 minutes of use the TV screen changes, I have a video but i'm not sure how/if to post it. But long story short the TV takes the top three inches and stretches it down the entire screen, it shakes the image and adds black lines. I cannot fix it I bought my mom a new one for Christmas and took this one hoping I could fix it- Nope.
