we recently used a universal remote on our 27"
Sylvania tv.
Model SST4272
S/N N.V40290785
Manufactured Oct 2002 V
1800-968-3429
after pressing the PIP button the tv is now in what
appears to be a diagnostic mode. The Remote is a
Universal remote by Zenith.
On power on I see a screen that has a 1 in each
corner; in the center of the screen it says 059-0.13
and below this off centered is E4
if I press the volume keys, the TV will cycle
through the following screens
c/d-
vco 3
7F = F7
French = OFF
Access Code = OFF
Stereo = ON
Video Tone = ON
FM-Mode = ON
AV-OUT = ON
If i press the menu button on the tv i get the
following screens
BRT 132=o(68)+u(64)
CNT 84=o( 6)+u(78)
CLR 58=o( 6)+u(52)
TNT 60=o(28)+u(32)
V-TNT 32=o( 0)+======u(32)
Sharp = ON
Thats it. I can go to any of these screens, but
have no idea how to get the TV out of this state.
I called Sylvania. They said that I would need to
call Zenith.
Any ideas?
