Element FLW1920B Issue	Can't Post

I have a 19" Element LCD Tv and the model number is FLW-1920B. It is having issues. Take a look at the pic and see if you know what the issue maybe. It wants to show whatever is connected like 3 times on the screen. Please reply soon.

I've seen this before with double picture.It is most likely a bad LCD panel (the actual LCD is failing.) It may or may not be fixable. Can you get hold of a freeze spray can or compressed air can?
Spray all four edges of the lcd panel where it meets the plastic with freeze spray,if the picture comes back tempory,then its the panel at fault,the freeze spray will tighten up the contacts around the tab bonds. Try to wiggle the panel .is there any change?
If you want to search youtube theres a foam fix for this issue. Sometimes it works, but the actual problem is where the tabs go into the screen.These crack due to age and heat.
