Element elcp0371 repair Can't Post

I am having issues with this TV displaying wierd colors and the menu will not pull up correctly either its is skewed and takes forever to pull up. I have started pulling this thing apart to see what parts I might possibly need. I have an idea it is the board that connects to the display components. I am just assuming this because of how the picture is displaying. How can I confirm that this board is the issue before I spend a 100 bucks to replace it. Attached is a pic of the component and model number of the part I think is having the issue.
ok i cant post a pic but if you want I can send you one. Here is the Model # 200-107-jk371ch. Thanks for any help.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing lol. What tools can I use to diagnose that this board is the issue?

Crazy The distortion is behind your OSD. So your TCON is good. Your main board is bad.
