Element flw-1920b	Can't Post

I've had this tv for a while now...almost 3 years, and it recently started showing the top row of pixels as being discolored. I think the colors might actually be inverted. It's not a huge problem, but it definitely shouldn't be doing this, I can't find any info on it via google search. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how I could potentially solve this problem? Thanks!

Send/take it in to your friendly local authorized Element repair shop. However, after 3 years, the card (presuming you haven't "lost" it) that lists the states vs. locations is probably not "up to date." Unimpressed
