I have searched countless forums and found the q7 and zd4 problem. I replaced both q7 and zd4. When I applied power to the board, the fuse blew instantly. There are no shorts I can see and the transformers don't appear to be open. I replaced all the caps. My only thought is the transistors that are on the heat sinks could be bad. But I cannot define the root of the problem. Need any help I have the board and can do tests.
