Toshiba 32" model CF3275K

The people on the Screen are short waisted and the upper bodies are long. It cuts people head off if the shot are up close.



When watch a game we are unable to view the scoreboard above.

Help.

Where can I find these parts. I'm no stranger to electronics, but haven't done much repair work on TV's. I've tried searching but the few links provided don't work.

I just got this set for free and its got the same issue as above.
