@jts1957: Thanks for the link. But the LE32R73 doesn't support firmware update via a USB memory drive. For the firmware update I use a special serial cable with a 3.5mm jack.

Well in any case, if Samsung doesn't have the firmware update you require, I guess you'll have to visit 'Firmware 'r Us.' Angelic

IF still no luck , then there may NOT be an update available for your model !!!
Check in your User Manual for info on updating..
IF there's NO instructions on how to do if then it is not updateable..

That model number is not listed at the USA site..
