I have a 32 inch widescreen tv made by grundig. the problem being that the tv will not switch on. It will go into standby once it is turned on and when a button is pushed it makes a feint popping sound from the speakers, but goes back into standby. during this time there is a very high pitched sound as with most tvs(just into hearing range) but there is no eht being created.
Any Ideas?
