Grundig tv problem	Can't Post

I have a grundig tv st70 2500Top and when it is switched on a tricle noise is heard and it is switched off again but the front red led remain on. I had suspect that the smps is being overloaded due to a faulthy component. I had started to chech the secondary diodes by disconnecting them but it is still making the fault. I had disconnected D611,D613,D614, and D612. I had also removed the line output transistor. The problem is still persists. Do you have a remedy for this problem thanks.

When checking secondary voltages they were too low but when disconnecting D615 diode and checking again the voltages on the secondary they were ok. I had connected again D615 and removing th601 thyristor the voltages are still ok but when i try to start the tv from front button it will go again to standby.
