HITACHI 53SDX89B CONVERGENCE Can't Post
hello everyone i had some bowing on this set ,so i changed the ic chips and resistors ,fixed the bowing but i lost the magic focus i found some convergence instructions but they arent working cant get to the sides of the screen to align, any help on this please ,also the protect led on the board is red should it be red or off, any help appreciated thanks

Assume rptv?- need good remote (orig) & instruct- other things check all from power supply to sig in- all conns/plugs/joints/pcb joints ok?. be aware initial setup is critical once ageing present- have to reset all-need patt gen- then again could be faulty dynamic pcb- only thing what knows is Ron .M. - but will take about 12 months of repeated posts to get where you need an answer!. Far quicker to take it to jts- find his address on forum.
