Hi,
I have a HP LC3040N aka HSTND-3L02 that won't power on. I acquired the TV this way and I am trying to troubleshoot the problem, but I am having trouble finding any information about this set. When I received the unit one of the caps on the PSU was dangling like a cow bell. I replaced the cap and set still won't show any signs of life. I put a VM on the outputs and I am getting 12V and 24V at the boards power connectors. When you plug in the set #5 and #6 of the status LEDs light up on the back of the set. Other then that it is completely dead. Does anyone have any idea what those LEDs represent?
