I have a 24" Haier L24B1180 and I turn it on and get a picture for about 2 seconds then the backlight goes off. I took a flashlight and can see a picture in the screen for about 10 seconds then that goes off also then in other 5 seconds or so the sound goes out. The light stays green on the front and the power switch will not do anything, I need to unplug it to get it to happen again. I took out the power board and removed all the capacitors and checked with my ESR meter and were all good. The transistors on the board were not shorted also. Any ideas??
