Morning All,

Just a quick question regarding the above TV it keeps popping up an annoying banner for 8 seconds every couple of minutes stating the TVs features - this is because it is in shop mode - i have had to put it in this mode as otherwise the TV turns off every few hours!

From what i understand the banner is known as E Sticker - how do i turn this off - i have read that
"customer will also need to turn the E sticker mode off found in the second page of the "setup" tab of the menu"

but i dont see the option in there? does anyone have any ideas at all please?

Answer
The E-sticker banner is a feature that dealers use on the shop floor. The E-sticker banner will appear when the TV is set to SHOP mode in the Setup>TV settings>Preferences>Location.

To remove the E-sticker banner, you have to set your TV to HOME mode.
Proceed as follows to activate the HOME mode:
  1. Press the button on the remote control to access the home menu.
  2. Use the cursor buttons to select SETUP and press the 'OK' button to confirm.
  3. Select TV SETTINGS and press the ‘OK’ button.
  4. Press the cursor down to select PREFERENCES and press the cursor right .
  5. Select LOCATION and press the cursor right .
  6. Select HOME and press the 'OK' button to confirm.
  7. Press the button to exit the menu.
  8. After you have activated the HOME mode, you need to switch your TV to standby, in order to make sure that the TV completely exits the SHOP mode.
