Hey,
I got a Hisene tv with model number in the title and the problem is the Tv has no picture but has backlight and audio, right before it went out the tv had a bunch of little dots towards the bottom of the screen running horiziontaly then after I turned the tv off and back on there is no pic just a lighted black back light with audio, and when I popped off the back i didnt see imediate problems no bad caps, or burnt marks, i didnt notice 2 little peicise at the end of 1 of the circuit boards and I dont have a clue what there called but they look like staples and i got a pic of them and as soon as i can figure out how to post pics i will put the pic up.
