Hitachi 51F500 Problem

Hey,
Hoping someone can help me, because I've tried everything I can think of. I recently was doing some convergence / color calibration and decided to remove the glare screen on my 51F500. After putting it back on everything was fine, but later I noticed a thin blue line almost directly in the center of the screen spanning across and on the far right hand side before the edge it gets thick and looks like an ink stain/blot, quite thick and noticeable. What exactly has happened, and is it fixable? It has a faint bit of green/red but mostly blue.
