Horizonal Lines	Can't Post

my Phillips 26" color tv started having horizonal lines comes across screen. There is no adjustment to correct this, heard this caused by a resistor. How do I find the resistor to replace . Model 25TR12 C221

you don't need to replace a resistor you need to replace a capacitor I think the placement no. is either c332or c432 anyway it is a 100mfd @200volt a big cap located behind the high voltage transformer
