No. Unimpressed

Insignia : NS-LTDVD32-09 : Display Comes On For 1 Sec Then Set Shuts Down: REPLACE "PUFFED" CAPS IN POWER SUPPLY C10 AND C16 BOTH 1000UF/10V

Digikey, Mouser. Radio Shack, Fry's.
1000ufd at any of these voltages would be OK if they fit. 10; 16; 25; 35 or 50. I personally wouldn't go any higher. 105 degrees preferred.
