Interchangeable tuners?	Can't Post

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I did a search for this topic and found nothing on it so here I post. I have a Sharp television which I broke the tuner coax plug off of. The model number of the tuner I broke is: 1T5UF202. I happen to have another tuner model number: ST5UF740. They have the same pin layout and I was wondering if anyone knew if these would be interchangeable.

Probably not. Different tuners use different voltages to tune specific channels. You can, however, replace the coax plug fairly easily if you hava any skills with a soldering iron.

try swapping them can't hurt will only cost you a few minutes of your time
