JVC AV-27920	Can't Post

Set turned on for 5 sec. then off. Replaced vert. ic and related components. Set now powers up and works, but has vertical collapse. Can this be adjusted in service menu? If so how is it accessed on this model?

The service menu can be accessed by pressing the display and video status buttons at the same time. Select the PICTURE menu and select V Size. Before you do this however, make sure that the "vertical collapse" is nor vertical foldover which would indicate a bad electrolytic cap in the vertical circuit (probably C402, C424, C427 or C428 (I'm working from a package on a similar model)).
