Hello I have a JVC TV model av2751s I had to replace the TA8725 IC which is a 56 pin multifunction chip. "not heat sinked" It seems to be working ok but I notice this chip seems to to run pretty warm."about 120-130 degrees" It's not too hot to touch but I am concerned about the heat. I checked the data sheet on the chip and the voltages seem to be within spec. Also checked the load impeadance on certain parts of the chip such as vertical and horizontal drivers and they seem to be within spec also. I did have to replace the verticle output IC LA7838. And I replace all of the surrounding caps including the 100uF 35volt feedback cap. So I have to ask, Is the heat coming from the TA8725 chip normal? or should should I start looking for other faults? Thanks
