JVC sound problem

I have a JVC model#AV-36850 Ser#07330073
When I would first turn the unit on, there would be
no sound for about 1 minute, then I would hear a
loud buzz, even with the volume down. After the buzz,
the tv worked great.
Now the buzz never totally goes away. Every 30 seconds
there is a popping buzz that only lasts for a second or
two.
I haven't been able to search the past posts and find
a sound problem like this one.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
