LG 47LN5200-UB Can't Post

Hello All.

I did do a search of the forums, prior to posting my question, so here goes.

LG 47LN52200-UB - had bad led strip. Replaced with new strip, tested and working with my SID Led Tester.
Upon first start up after replacing LED Strip(replaced both L2 and R2), Tv looked good, No signal indicator came on screen. But then wham quickly went away.
Since then, i have been unable to get a picture on the screen, only sound.
Replaced Main board and Tcon board. Checked ALL led strips and they are running 100% with proper voltage.
Issue still exists. All strips power up, screen glows, have sound, but no picture.

Debating on replacing Power board, but based on experience (or lack there of) not thinking power board would cause this. Maybe Panel shorted out when firing up for the first time after strips replaced????

Usually able to fix most all LCD's and LED's, but this one has me stumped.

Thank you in advance.
Flashlight test?

LEDs are just for backlighting the TFT screen of the panel. They took the place of the fluorescent tubes previously used.

You may want to give correct model number.

Good catch on the model number, just a mistype. I corrected.

Negative results on flashlight test, which I have used many times.
All LED's are illuminated.

Screen does come on, just no picture.

baffled...

Could be, but highly unlikely since same symptoms exist after replacing tcon and mainboard.

Do you agree, powerboard has no bearing on sending image to screen so not worth replacing?

Shouldn't involve PS. You said ALL voltages present and correct?
Was any image present BEFORE working on lamps? If so, something may have been left unconnected.
