LG 55LM6200	Can't Post

Have this from a friend, says it just stopped working.
It powers up, backlight goes bright, then dim, then bright.
Changed the power supply, no change, bought a new Mainboard, no change, then I thought ok must be the t con, just bought a fresh one, installed it today... NO CHANGE.
oh my god what on earth can it be. Everything has been changed and NO CHANGE. weird.
Anyone have experience with this model and can shed some light?
Ive tried putting in an input to get some sound coming out of it but no sound, (cant positively identify and select any input due to having no picture)

You may have received a defective 'replacement' board (sellers 'lie,' even 'fresh' ones).

Most HDMI inputs can be self-switching (unless defeated in a menu setting) - so the act of connecting an active HDMI component cable to an HDMI input on a working TV results in set switching to that input. Sets are also able to determine which inputs are connected and/or active, and the Input button will only cycle through the active ones.

LED bulb(s) can and do fail, as can buffer boards in a panel
