LG spares	Can't Post

Hi guys newbie here trying to help someone out though I've been away from tv's for 20yrs!
We have a LG42 PCI DK . Apparantly the ctrl board is in trouble part #PD42064A017990 Also we have been told its a Polish import and it has a different version ctrl board.
Any ideas where we go from here.

All new sets come with a packet of paperwork. The users manual, the warranty, and a list of where / whom to contact in the areas where the set is distributed for service or spare parts (usually they mean spare remotes, cosmetic parts, etc.).

Also usually the owner promptly loses / misplaces some, if not all of the paperwork. Or the set was "found by the curb" or "given to them." Shocked

Googling part number you provided give "0" hits. Are you sure about your info?

Thanks for the reply, I was reading the wrong #!
Should be 6871QCH977B, we have a 6871QCH074D, which looks identical, with different markings on flash ram. This runs, but with some foldover I believe.
Googled and cant find anything.

What's the problem? I Googled and got:

Results 1 - 10 of about 792 for 6871QCH074D. (0.15 seconds)
