Insignia NS-L46Q120-10a. TV turns on and stays on sound is fine but picture has multiple colors similar to the one in this picture. http://i37.tinypic.com/2r1zb5s.jpg. Or the video shown here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BLdYBkuclCg. Suggesting it's the t-con board.
