I've got a Magnavox model 37mf321d/37. TV will not turn on immediately, green light blinks constantly for at least 15-30 minutes then glows constant and then shuts off. Restart gets constant green for about 30 seconds, then off again, after next two starts will come on with picture and seem to be fine. After turning off...have to go through the entire process again to restart. Have been advised that I should replace the board as I have supposedly a failed 27mhz crystal and 2 failed micro surface mounted caps. Help....
