Magnavox TV Demo	Can't Post

Help please

I have a Magnavox tv and for some odd reason the demo will not stop running on the up and down the screen. Nothing happens when I press the buttons and universal remotes will not work (I've tried 3).

push vol up vol down on the tv at the same time not on the remote
