Maxent MX-50X3	Can't Post

I have a friend that has a Maxent 50" plasma model MX-50x3. She has asked me to take a look at it and see if I can fix it. When she turns it on black or smerared lines appear, running from side to side and disappear later as the tv fully warms up. To me it sounds like either an issue with the x sustain or power supply board but I'd like to get a couple opinions before I purchase a replacement board. Thanks for your input!

Can you take a picture of the symptoms & email them to me? Once I see it I may be able to make some suggestions. You can find my email address by clicking on my user name.
