Help! Last night 30 minutes after the new years, I unplugged my tv. and plugged it back again to sort wires. I made a crackling sound and smelled awful, pulled fuse out now and don't know if fuse is blown. In the middle of the fuse there is a tiny "bubble" in between. Is my fuse blown?
