Memorex MT2024	Can't Post

Have a diode in this set labeled TIR5GU41 and is shorted causing my problem. Cannot find a manual for this set;would be satisfied if I could get this diode or a cross ref for one. Any help?

Set is dead. Located diode labeled TIR5gu41 shorted, blown open and FET 2sk3563 shorted. Need a replacement for diode but cannot located the diode either by its printed name or cross. No manual or parts list for this set that I can locate. Don't know the diode's parameters.

The diode you are trying to find may be a 1R5GU41, you can find a pdf at www.alldatasheet.com -- Dan

One of our members suggested that the diode was a IR5GU41 and gave me a PDF site; found that but am looking for distributor of this diode. Can't find a parts list for Memorex MT2024 or any source of either diode. Thanks.
