I can't find anything in my notes for steady clicking but here are a few fixes for either dead or clicks/shutdown; your set might be at the beginning stage of a dead set.

Dead -- C415
Dead -- DZ803 in secondary power supply
Clicks/shutdown -- C415
Clciks/shutdown -- Diode U802 in Power supply, H.O.T U401 shorted, C404 470uf @ 25volt
