Mitsu ws-55313 Issue

I recently got a mitsu ws55313 big screen and when I go to turn it on it will come on and start to warm up for about 5 seconds and then it will just shut off. The tv was not brand new but I know it worked well before. If any ideas please help. I have no idea what it might be.
