Mitsubishi CS-35707 HELP! Can't Post

Here's the deal. I got this from a friend cause she didn't know how to fix it. So far, neither can I. Whats wrong?

When you power it on, you can hear the static, you can see the channel when you change it, you can scroll through functions and see them displayed on the TV. You can change channels and functions. When I plug in an antenna, I can change to a station, hear the audio but...no video? Black screen with audio.

Like I said, I can see the functions and channel controls fine. Is this a blown picture tube?

Thanks for the help,

-Jamie

Thanks for the replay but, if its not the picture tube I was kind of hoping for a possible solution, lol. I figured it wasn't because with blown picture tube nothing would display, but I figured I'd ask.
Any possible solutions?

This sound like the standerd PIP fail problem, there are two attachments one sows what the board looks like the second is the bypass, remove the board and bypass it
