Mitsubishi DLP WD-60737 Can't Post

I recently tried to update the firmware on my WD-60737, following the instructions given by Mitsubishi via their website. The TV was working fine, with no issues, prior to updating it to the latest software but now will not boot up past the welcome screen. It never successfully took the update, and ive tried numerous times to get it to update. Tried resetting it by holding the power button down for 10 seconds until it shuts down, nothing. Its a pretty easy process, extract the winzip file to a usb drive and plugging it into the tv. even formatted the usb drive to Fat32 as it said. Any recommendations on this one? <br>link to mits website: http://www.mitsubishi-tv.com/support/documents/WD-60737 &lt;br&gt;

Ok, I'm not trying to sound rude, but this isn't my first rodeo. I've already called them, and their recommendation was doing a hard reset, and if it didnt boot try reloading the firmware, which I'd already done prior to calling them. After that they suggest taking it to the shop.

Also not meaning to sound crude, but if the set was working without issues ... not having any idea what ORIGINAL 'firmware' was installed so you could make the determination whether their sites' was 'the latest and greatest' or not ... why did you even try it?

Set had the original firmware installed, and updating it, to my understanding, allowed you to gain full functionality of its 3d functions without the need for their dongle. It was to be a fairly simple process but obviously it screwed something up and I was hoping for some guidance here from you guys.
