I have a 55" projection tv that i have for 3 years (still under extended warranty)and have not been able to receive a clear picture. The picture is not clear, color is off. I have had Best Buy come out twice and they tell me I need to get the HDTV receiver, granted this tv is a hd compatible tv. My satellite company says the HDTV receiver will not help my picture and that i need a new filter on the tv. My questions are:
1) any simliar issues out there or steps i can take to improve picture. (the picture quality was the same with cable and satellite)
2) Does this tv have a filter? The BB tech told me on the phone there is no filter for this tv.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
