NO SOUND Can't Post
A BUDDY OF MINE HAS A 17 INCH TV. HE DOES NOT GET SOUND OUT OF CHANNEL 7 ABC IN CHICAGO OR FOX TV CHICAGO BUT ALL OF THE OTHER STATIONS HAVE SOUND

Sounds like a stereo sound issue and these channels are using the other sound channel for another reason. When set receives mono sound it should split that to left and right. Now lets say it thinks its stereo and splits a blank left sound channel 2 ways,= no sound.
