New Guy. AMA Can't Post

AMA=Ask Me Anything. Smile
I have run a service center in Canada for almost 20 years. I have access to lots of service manuals. In some cases, depending on the manufacturer, current ones. In order to curry favour with the veterans, Wink, I will share what I can.
I have a fairly respectable stock of new, harvested and refurbed boards, too. Samsung, Sharp LG, Toshiba etc.

Re: [long_path] New Guy. AMA [In reply to] Can't Post

Welcome.

I work primarily with P&F, LG, Samsung,,,,,and the low grade various brands (Dynex, Insignia, etc.) under man. warranty. All others out of warranty.

I don't see many Toshiba's here, I might have to ask you some on them when I see them.

Thanks,
Jim

386b,
Sorry, I am not a Sony guy, I'm sure there are many others more qualified to tackle this. Good luck!

Then that means you can "AMA=Ask Me Anything" , but don't expect me to answer everything !!!...
Seems to me that that statement is BS.....
You might want to modify that to read:..."AMA=Ask Me Anything & I'll try to answer that"....

BTW:...
I'm not a "Sony guy" either , but I have worked on many models...
I suspect you are more "manager" than "tech"...
Have a good day....Sly..
