Help me please... I have a blue screen with a padlock in the bottom left hand corner that i cannot remove. Daughter lent on the remote and cannot find anything in the manual to disable it

I have solved my own problem. If others need to know what to do just hold the display key down for about four or five seconds and VOILA......problem fixed. Sly
