PHILIPS projection tv	Can't Post

we have a philips projection tv with a MAG01 chassis

set is dead, relay does click and have 5v, 15v, and 170v b+

but no secondary voltages out of transformer, we did replace shorted 7301,6302,6301, and 7302,

we did find a schematic for this, any ideas?

There are two boards that are causing the problem. One is the deflection board and one is the power board. Each board has a Q10 transistor on it. If one goes out it will take the other one out also.
