Panasonic Plasma TC-P42G10	Can't Post

I have recently had issues with my Plasma. It is not under warranty anymore and have sought advice online to figure out the problem myself. I am pretty savvy when it comes to computer repair. I am not savvy when it comes to tv repair though. The advise I got and believe this to be the problem that is needed.

When powered on with all the room lights out you can see that my tv screen powers up. I although only have a black screen no information on my tv screen is pulled up even if I try to change the channel or anything else like that. What I have figured out that it is most likely my main board. The problem I am having is making sure the part needed is the same as what I am about to buy. If any of this sounds off please let me know. This is the part that I am about to purchase to see if it will work...
