Panasonic TC-20B04 problem	Can't Post

Screen have about 3 inches darkness at the bottom only. Replaced vertical IC. Other parts in vert. stage check and seems ok. Please help, anyone. Thanks.

Probably a capacitor lying under test. I have seen it many times. Do you have an ESR meter?

ESR broken, but I replace all caps, same problem.???
